What Summitt Mindset is
Summitt Mindset is a membership created by Pat Summitt's family. It brings her standard of accountability into your day through text coaching, a personal goal, and a place to keep what you accomplished.
Coach Pat is the coaching in the membership. Pat Summitt is not personally sending these messages.
How this helps
- You choose a personal goal and a standard you are willing to keep.
- Morning and evening texts help you follow through, the way a coach checks the standard for the day.
- The Definite Dozen is part of the membership: Pat Summitt's leadership lessons, used on your own goals.
- You can see practical progress, not a pile of inspiration you never use.
What you receive
- Morning and evening coaching by text, about the goal you chose.
- Ask Pat, when you want to talk a decision through.
- The Definite Dozen and the other leadership lessons included with membership.
- The Victory Room, for goal wins and proud moments.
Example conversation. This is an illustration of the product, not a message from Pat Summitt and not a real member.
Coach Pat: What standard are you keeping today?
You: I will prepare tomorrow's practice plan before dinner.
Coach Pat: Good. Tell me when it is done. If it slips, tell me that too.
